A new report from the fire department shows crews took more than 13 minutes to respond to a fire that destroyed a million dollar home on New Year's Day.

Any average American would have enough sense to be worried about the loose credit. All bubbles burst, see "Teapot Dome" or see the S&L bailout, or see the high tech stock crash, or see the sub prime mortgage mortgage mess, or see... to be announced. But not Congress, "no worries mate, our lobbyist are taking care of us."
The good news is the American economy is probably vibrant to swallow the latest mess, chew it up, and spit out some good years in the not too distant future.
